Our bottles are made from 82% renewable resources. The main structure is paper from FSC-certified forests, and the cap is made from sugarcane-based plastic, resulting in a 74% reduction in carbon emissions compared to standard plastic bottles.
Where is the water sourced from?
JUST Water is 100% spring water sourced from Glens Falls, New York. We only bottle the excess water that the community doesn't need, ensuring a fair and sustainable trade partnership with the local municipality.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Can I set up a recurring subscription?
Yes! You can choose the 'Subscribe & Save' option on any product page to have your favorite water delivered every 30, 45, or 60 days at a discounted rate.
What is your return policy for food and beverage products?
Due to safety and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on water products. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days for a full refund or replacement.
Is the packaging BPA-free?
Absolutely. Our paper-based cartons and sugarcane caps are 100% BPA-free and BPS-free, ensuring your water stays pure and chemical-free.
